Will I hear everything?
The unconscious mind will hear everything. The conscious mind may hear everything, bits of or nothing at all.
What if you can’t hypnotise me?
Almost everyone can be hypnotised – as hypnosis is a natural state of mind.
Will I be in control?
Absolutely! If you are feeling uncomfortable you can always open your eyes or raise your hand and I will wake you up slowly.
What if something happens to you while I am hypnotised?
It is a natural sleep- you will wake up naturally whenever you want to.
Can you make me do anything that I wouldn’t want?
No, everything is to your benefit. No surprises at all. I will always explain what will be happening prior to every session. You will be in complete control and consciousness at all times.
What if I don’t remember anything?
If you go into a deep trance and doze off, it would mean that all the positive, powerful suggestions would have been absorbed by your subconscious mind – Excellent!
How will I know if it has worked?
You cannot know immediately. Should be reinforced through self-hypnosis and given recordings/affirmations.
