Baby Massage & Yoga classes are a fun way to learn how to soothe your baby through a simple sequence of massage strokes.

What are the benefits of baby massage?

Baby Massage course can be taught from birth up to 1 year of age

Classes are currently being held online via Zoom
How is the course taught?
The course consists of four sessions of 60 minutes each. Each session is held at weekly intervals where you will learn new massage techniques each week, leading up to the full body massage routine in the last week. This allows you and your baby to absorb all the information and get used to the massage. All classes are relaxed, informal and group sizes are kept small to ensure personalized attention.
The classes are completely baby led and allows you the time and space to bond with your baby and learn how to communicate in a loving way. After each class there will be time for you to chat with other new parents, creating a safe, supportive postnatal environment where parents can share experiences and learn from each other while having fun.
What do I need to have for each class?
‒ A cushion, pillow & blanket
‒ Nappy changing facilities
‒ Baby Massage kit box which will be provided to you before the first session. It will consists of everything you need to start your baby massage journey! (Includes Child's Farm Baby Massage Oil)
What should my baby wear?
Something easy for you to undress during the class. Make sure to have a warm, cosy room environment.
